Zwier: Informations

Sjak Zwier began to make guitars in 1984. After a first career as a diver, he began to take it seriously and decided to follow a four year course in guitar making at the CMB in Puurs (Belgium). After a further year’s specialized training he was able to call himself a master Luthier. In 1991, he opened his own workshop in Middelburg, but he quickly outgrew the available space. So, in 1996, he moved to a former bakery on Nieuwedijk, in the historic heart of Vlissingen (Flushing).
