92 models have Wizard necks. Later models have Wizard II necks. Jumbo frets. 470FM comes with a maple fingerboard. Bolt-On. 24 frets. Nut made of Metal. The neck is made of Maple. The fingerboard is made of Rosewood. The fingerboard is inlaid. (Dots).
Body
Some models have Flamed maple top, these models also have a body binding. Body is made of Basswood. No pickguard on this model.
Electronics
Configuration: HSH. Some models feature V8/V7 humbuckers other models feature INF2/INF1 humbuckers, all models feature the S1 single coil pick up. Volume controls: 1. Tone controls: 1. There is a pick-up selector. The pick-up selector has 5 positions.
Hardware
black. This guitar has a one-piece bridge/stop. This model has a tremolo. (Pre 97 models have a Lo TRS tremolo (floyd rose licensed). Later models have a Lo TRS II tremolo).
