Type: Solid-Body. Offset Double Cutaway shape. The scale is 24 3/4" (629mm).

Head
Brass truss-rod cover, with MICHIGAN label engraved and painted black. Tuning machines: sealed.

Neck
Three-piece Walnut/Mahogany/Maple . Neck Through Body / Conductor. 22 frets. Nut made of Brass. Laminated neck. The fingerboard is made of Ebony. The fingerboard is inlaid. (Brass centered (tripled) dots, except at the 12th - see pics)).

Body
Strings through body. Body is made of Ash. No pickguard on this model.

Electronics
Configuration: HH. Volume controls: 2. Tone controls: 2. There is a pick-up selector. The pick-up selector has 3 positions.

Hardware
This guitar has a one-piece bridge/stop.

Notes

NOTE: Not totally sure Michigan is a brand.
Uncertainty about country of origin, also. Looks very much MIJ, but could be early MIK.

Matsu guys strongly suggest she has all the 80s Cort attributes: triple dots, large brass TRC, etc. That would indicate she's been made by Cort in Korea in the 80s. Pictures and link to models from this period are indeed showing details and features very similar to the Michigan ones!
