Vantage Serie: Standard II (Vantage) Specifications


By Matsumoku in 1982. Type: Solid-Body. Made in Japan. Dual Cutaway shape. The scale is 25 1/2" (648mm). Usual location of the serial number: Engraved in the neck plate.

Head
Tuning machines: Sealed, chrome.

Neck
Bolt-On. 22 frets. Nut made of Plastic. Laminated neck. The neck is made of Maple. The fingerboard is made of Rosewood. The fingerboard is inlaid. (Centered aluminum(?) dots).

Body
A bit SG-like, though somewhat more elegant. Strings through body. Body is made of Mahogany. No pickguard on this model.

Electronics
Configuration: HH. 2 x MMK45 Humbucker . Volume controls: 2. Tone controls: 1. There is a pick-up selector. The pick-up selector has 3 positions.

Hardware
This guitar has a one-piece bridge/stop.

Notes

The one in the pics has a Gibson 500T Super Ceramic (not stock) on bridge.
