1981 RS-750 - A fine Matsumoku product.. Type: Solid-Body. Made in Japan. Model produced from 1979. End of manufacturing in 1981. The last retail price was 75,000 Yen. Offset Double Cutaway shape. The scale is 25 1/2" (648mm). Usual location of the serial number: Back of HS.

Head
Tuning machines: Aria ProII Kluson style beans.

Neck
Nck thru 5 piece maple/walnut. Neck Through Body / Conductor. 24 frets. Nut made of Brass. Laminated neck. The neck is made of Maple. The fingerboard is made of Rosewood. The fingerboard is inlaid. (Unique eyball MOP ovals).

Body
Ash with maple wings and walnut center. Body width is 12.5 inches. Body is made of Ash. No pickguard on this model.

Electronics
RS cicuit 2. Can combine center slave with bridge or neck pickup. Configuration: SHS. RSPII single coils Stacked center slave. Volume controls: 1. Tone controls: 2. There is a pick-up selector. The pick-up selector has 3 positions. Phase switching can be achieved on this model.

Hardware
This guitar has a one-piece bridge/stop. Bridge: Gold recessed adjustable. Stop/tail part: Gold quick load recessed.

Notes

Passive RS circuit 2 switches mix center slave with either neck or bridge pup in phase.
Phase switch puts neck or bridge combined with center pup out of phase
