Flamenco Zebrano ?

A Spanish guitar but not from the south of Spain where they normally are made but from the Northern province Asturias ! Build in Oviedo, Plaza la Gesta's. It is a solid build instrument with a simple fan strutting . The top is bookmatched german spruce with some marks in it. The sides and back are made of very nice zebrano!! I did repair this fine instrument completely to the best of my ability. The top has a binding and purfling the back only a binding.. The roset is nice and typical for this area. You do not find many guitars in Spain build with beautiful zebrano! If a flamenco negro exists why not name this one a flamenco zebrano? The specifications of zebrana do come close to rosewood. And although I like the traditional use of ceder/spruce and cypres for a real flamenco guitar the performence was a supprize. Great trebles and deep basses. This is your change to get a flamencolike low body instrument which is build with unusual woods. It is easy and fun to play. The sound is dry and transparant with a bite and good sustain. The era 1960 could well be some older. The label is not readable. If somebody recognizes it, please do not hesitate to inform me.
