Oscar Teller / 8P / 1964

A very special instrument. This guitar has been built in the Teller family for generations and grandson Wolfgang is still building them. ( $ 2.500 - 4,000 ). Oskar Teller( + 1961) did design this model, his son Horst did build this model also. It was him who actually build this one in his fathers old workshop. The 8/P has a Torres construction and is really, really build beautiful. This guitar was very badly damaged. I advice you to look at the whole restoration project on my website. Have a close look at the pictures and read everything about this beautiful guitar carefully. The guitar has a Bruunari finish. It was not for sale yet because I did not know what the result of the restoration was going to be. The result is an overwelming warm and well balanced guitar. Deep dark basses and bright trebles. I am proud of the fact that brought the original Oskar Teller sound back to life! The sound is really great. Loud and transparant with good sustain. The basses and trebles are well balanced! It shares its wraparround sound with the audience and makes you feel happy when you play this guitar. She plays easy and she does what you like her to do. An instrument for someone who likes an authentic insrtument. A classical guitarplayer who only wants the best but first of all who likes the guitar as the most versitile instrument there is. I do not think I will easily find a second one like this and I only put it for sale once! This is an unique collectors item which should be played daily.
